Roy Tal, son of Mazal and Ami, was born in Nahariya on the 11th day of Tammuz, 2001. He attended Ramez Elementary School and the Municipal Comprehensive High School in Naharia, and grew up as a young and beloved member of the family. In November 1999, he enlisted in the IDF, chose combat service and began a combat track with infantry.
